Therapy for the Relationally Brave

~
Supporting queer couples, polycules, caregivers, and solo seekers navigating the sacred terrain of connection, embodiment, and identity.

~

I work with individuals, partners, and family systems navigating relational depth, desire, and identity. Many of my clients are LGBTQIA+, nonmonogamous, neurodivergent, kinky, or otherwise living outside the cultural script — often looking for a therapist with lived experience who doesn't need a glossary to understand where they’re coming from.

Whether unpacking gender stories written by others, preparing for medical transition, navigating fertility and family-building, or renegotiating relational agreements, I offer a therapy space rooted in curiosity, clarity, and body-aware trauma-informed care.

Queer, Trans, & Gender Expansive Therapy

Support for gender exploration, medical transition adjustment, and unlearning imposed identity narratives.

Fertility, Family-Building, & Caregiving

Navigating paths to parenting, caregiver burnout, and exploring lineage and chosen family in queer life.

Couples, Partners, & Polycules

Relational therapy for multi-partner systems, ethical nonmonogamy, communication, and rupture/repair.
