Fertility, Family-Building, & Caregiving

Fertility, Family-Building, & Caregiving

Building, expanding, or tending to a family as a queer, trans, neurodivergent, or nontraditional person often means navigating complex medical, relational, and emotional terrain. I support individuals, partners, polycules, and family systems through the sacred thresholds of family-making— whether you are exploring paths to parenthood, navigating fertility challenges, adjusting to new family structures, or tending to the heavy load of caregiving.

I offer standard weekly therapy as well as advanced session options (such as extended meeting times or multiple sessions per week) to provide spacious support during intensive life transitions. Therapy can offer a grounded container to deepen your understanding of your family system’s culture, process unspoken beliefs around care and legacy, and make meaningful structural shifts within your home or relationship dynamic.

Topics clients come to me with include:

  • Assisted reproduction & donor conception

  • Fertility challenges & reproductive grief

  • Perinatal mental health
  • Parent and caregiver burnout

  • Neurodivergent and conscious parenting

  • Gender-expansive youth support

  • Separation & divorce
  • Blended families and co-parenting

  • Family-of-origin conflict and reconciliation

  • Elder care
