about

Therapist, Educator, and Relational Explorer

About Me

I hold a Master of Science in Counseling (MFT) from California State University, East Bay. I am also an AASECT Certified Sexuality Educator. My background spans over two decades in peer counseling, harm reduction, intimacy education and coaching, and community care within queer, trans, and nontraditional relationship spaces.

I am queer, genderqueer, polyamorous, neurodivergent, and deeply committed to therapy that honors complexity while prioritizing consent, liberation, and joy. I don’t believe healing is linear — it is relational exploration: sometimes messy, but absolutely worth it. I bring my background as a sexuality educator, activist, and community organizer into the therapy room so conversations about desire, power, grief, pleasure, embodiment, and boundaries are welcomed as central to the work.

When I am not in the office or traveling for work, I live in Oakland with my partner and our family. I enjoy spending time in the serenity of nature, exploring foodie opportunities, nerding out about the intricacies of relationships, and creating whimsical art across a range of mediums. I am also an avid reader and love to share book recommendations.
