Therapeutic Approach
Returning to Resonance
Â
A relational, body-aware, and adaptive space to heal, explore, and connect.
Therapy with me is an active, collaborative, and deeply human process. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all protocols or rigid clinical scripts. Instead, we co-create a safe, held container where you can unmask, settle your nervous system, and ask the questions:
Who am I now, and who do I want to become?
What feels most at home in my body?
How can my relationships hold both radical honesty and emotional safety?
My approach is warm, direct, and adaptive. Together, we track what is happening in your mind, body, and relationships, integrating a rich tapestry of therapeutic modalities tailored to your unique needs and pacing.

Frameworks & Modalities We Weave Together
Â
Relational Therapy: Grounding our work in genuine human connection, shared trust, and collaborative exploration, honoring how we heal through safe relationships.
Somatic Practices: Listening to the wisdom of your body, tracking physical sensations, and supporting your nervous system to process and discharge stored stress.
Mindfulness: Developing gentle, nonjudgmental awareness of the present moment so you can respond to life rather than react from habit.
Communication & Coping Skills: Building practical tools for boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and navigating conflict with clarity and care.
Parts-Work (Internal Family Systems): Exploring the different internal parts of yourself with compassion, helping exiled wounds heal while honoring protective parts.
Attachment & Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT): De-escalating destructive conflict cycles, understanding your core attachment needs, and creating deeper emotional bonds.
Structural Family Therapy: Examining relationship boundaries, power dynamics, and system patterns to build functional realignment in partners and family units.
Harm Reduction: Respecting your autonomy and lived experience by meeting you where you are, prioritizing safety, choice, and well-being without judgment.
Narrative Therapy: Externalizing problems and unlearning cultural scripts written by other people so you can author your own authentic narrative.
Expressive Arts Therapy: Utilizing creative expression, imagery, and play to access emotions and insights that traditional talk therapy might miss.
Nature Therapy: Connecting with the grounding, regulating cycles of the natural world to restore perspective, embodiment, and natural balance.
Psychoeducation: Demystifying how brains, bodies, attachment systems, and relationship dynamics work, empowering you with clear knowledge and self-insight.
