Individuals
Individual education or coaching can be very effective for growing one’s understanding of a particular topic (e.g. coming out), deepening one’s understanding of self (e.g. why it might be meaningful to come out), and/or making changes in one’s life and relationships (e.g. planning for/ navigating coming out to a family member or partner). I work with all genders and orientations.
Families
Family education or coaching can be very effective for growing a family member or family system’s understanding of a particular topic (e.g. queer identity), deepening understanding of your family culture (e.g. what is the prevailing belief or attitude toward queer identity in your family?), and/or making changes within your family unit (e.g. getting support for a family member struggling with another family member’s queer identity).
Couples & Partners
Partner education or coaching can be very effective for growing two or more intimate partners’ understanding of a particular topic (e.g. desire discrepancy), deepening understanding of the partnership (e.g. what each person’s needs are regarding intimacy), and/or making changes to the partnership (e.g. relationship transitions). I work with all genders, orientations, and relationship configurations.
Support Groups
Group education or coaching is both informational and supportive in nature and is appropriate for the general public, communities, and clinicians. I am currently enrolling for two support groups: (1) Art Processing: Anxiety, Depression, and/or PTSD and (2) People in Relationship with Someone Avoidantly/ Dismissively Attached.
